What break-up? Shraddha Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar are going strong and here's proof

Farhan Akhtar and Shraddha Kapoor
It’s Farhan Akhtar’s birthday today and filmwallahs are pouring their heart out to the Rock On actor. And while there are several wishes on social media for Farhan, the most special and sweet one came from Shraddha.

Shraddha Kapoor who was Farhan’s co-star in Rock On 2 took to Twitter and wrote, “Happy birthday @FarOutAkhtar !!! Have a fabulous one!”

Shraddha and Farhan’s on-screen chemistry created a huge buzz when the musical drama released in 2016.

Even though the film didn’t manage to impress the masses it surely caught a lot of attention due to its casting. And while Shraddha and Farhan’s looked endearing on-screen their off-screen chemistry too made heads turn.

The duo has been reported to be seeing each other since 2016. Even though the couple on different occasions have denied the reports their event spotting suggests otherwise. Another report suggested that Shraddha had a huge fight with her parents, post which the actress moved in with Farhan. Shakti Kapoor who was angry with the Half Girlfriend actress as per the reports had even dragged his daughter out from Farhan’s Palatial abode.

Patch-up on the cards for Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur?

Talking about it Shraddha had said, “I got a message from someone telling me about this article, and initially, I was amused. While it doesn’t make a difference to me because I know it’s not true, it’s sad that these false stories go so far that people forget we are human, too. Of course, we are actors and there will be people who would probably want to read something gossipy about us, but when it involves my father, my aunt and my co-star, it’s taking it too far.”

Addressing the living-in story, Shraddha said, “Yes, I am living in… with my parents! I was born and brought up in this house. It’s a joke within the family that I will bring my husband home (laughs). It’s because I’m so happy living with my family. I have a house of my own where I have my meetings and keep my extra stuff. I have no intention of moving out of my parents’ home and moving into my own apartment, let alone someone else’s! About live-in relationships in general, I believe in live and let live. If it suits somebody and someone is happy, then it’s totally fine -to each his own.”

While we are yet to get an official confirmation about the couple’s relationship, currently we are content with Shraddha’s birthday message.
