Akshay Kumar gets in the holiday spirit as he poses for a quirky picture

Akshay Kumar is currently on a high after the great response he has received for the 'PadMan' trailer. Now, as the festive occasion of Christmas draws near, he was seen reveling in the festive spirit. In a picture that surfaced on social media, Akshay can be seen in a blue jumpsuit with salt and pepper hair and sporting a pair of shades. To top off this interesting look, the actor can be seen holding a Santa Claus figurine in his hand. The picture, although strange looking is definitely cool at the same time.

On the occasion of Children’s day, Bollywood action star and father of two, Akshay Kumar took to his social media handle to share a heartfelt post that he dedicated to all kids out there. The actor, who is a doting dad to son Aarav and daughter Nitara, posted one of his cutest pictures with his baby girl from the sets of ‘PadMan’.

Calling to mind how his daughter wanted to "ride on PadMan’s bike every day", he said that the little one has now learnt how to ride on her own. Akshay went on to write, “#HappyChildrensDay to every child across the globe, you couldn't imagine how much you make this World a Better place to live in.”

Akshay Kumar is known to be a family man. Despite his hectic schedule, the actor makes sure to make time for his family. Be it enjoying cooking sessions with son Aarav or vacations with the whole family, the actor never lets his work come in between his personal commitments.

Akshay Kumar is currently shooting for his next ‘Gold’ which marks the Bollywood debut of TV actress Mouni Roy. The actor, who plays hockey player Balbir Singh, who along with his team won the first Olympic medal for India as a free nation in 1948, got an opportunity to visit Amritsar amid his tight work schedule. The actor shared a beautiful picture of the famous Golden Temple from its banks along with the caption, “A chance visit to the Golden Temple,listening to the gurbani and watching the world go by. Akshay Kumar, who is known to lead a very disciplined life makes sure his family too follows a healthy routine. Together Akshay and his wife Twinkle Khanna have reared their kids well.

The father-son duo seems to be preparing dinner for the guests. The ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’ actor is seen looking out for son while Aarav cracks an egg.
